Staged internal refurbishment within live operational branch
Allcraft Projects delivered a staged refurbishment of the Westpac branch located on the corner of St Georges Terrace and William Street in the Perth CBD.
The project was undertaken within a fully operational banking environment, requiring careful planning and staging to allow the branch to remain open and functional throughout the works. Construction was completed through a combination of night works and weekend scheduling, with selected areas isolated to enable refurbishment while maintaining daily operations.
The works included upgrades to customer service areas, including the installation of new service pods and refurbishment of customer-facing spaces to improve functionality and presentation.
Back-of-house areas were also fully upgraded, including a new kitchenette and lunchroom with custom joinery, flooring and finishes. Additional works included refurbishment of staff amenities, with new male, female and accessible bathroom facilities delivered as part of the project.
Further upgrades included flooring replacement, full internal repainting and the refurbishment of interview rooms, incorporating new finishes, acoustic treatments and full-height feature wall graphics.
Due to the central CBD location, the project also required careful coordination around restricted access, with limited space for deliveries, waste management and staging.
Through a structured and staged delivery approach, Allcraft Projects successfully completed the refurbishment within the required timeframe, delivering a modernised branch environment while maintaining uninterrupted operations.
