Full internal refurbishment and front of house upgrade
Allcraft Projects was engaged to deliver a full refurbishment of the Westpac branch in Midland, transforming the existing tenancy into a modern and functional customer environment.
The project involved a complete strip out of the front of house area, followed by the construction of new internal wall framing, bulkheads and service integrations to support the updated layout.
A key component of the works was the installation of new custom joinery throughout the branch, including front enquiry counters, customer service pods and teller areas complete with anti jump and anti bandit security screens. All joinery was customised and installed by Allcraft Projects, ensuring quality control and consistency across all elements.
Additional upgrades included new floor finishes, full internal repainting, installation of a suspended ceiling system, updated lighting including feature fixtures to the front of house areas, and mechanical works to support the new layout. External works included removal and replacement of façade signage and cleaning of the existing shopfront to improve presentation.
The refurbishment also included upgrades to staff areas, including a new kitchenette and tea preparation space, along with improvements to meeting rooms and offices featuring updated finishes and branded wall graphics.
The project was delivered within a two week programme, requiring careful coordination to complete all works efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
The result is a fully upgraded and modern branch environment, enhancing both customer experience and staff functionality.
