Full tenancy strip out and commercial refit

Allcraft Projects was engaged to deliver a full defit of a National Australia Bank tenancy located at 197 St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD.

The project involved the complete strip out of the existing tenancy, including removal of all fixtures, fittings, floor finishes and external signage. A key component of the works was reconfiguring the tenancy layout, including the construction of a new floor structure to transition a split-level space into a single, continuous level.

Following the strip out, the tenancy was upgraded to a modern open-plan environment, including installation of new flooring, suspended grid ceiling systems and upgraded mechanical services to suit the new layout and operational requirements.

Due to the central CBD location, the project presented significant logistical challenges, including restricted access, limited loading areas and no on-site space for material storage or waste removal. All works were carefully coordinated to ensure efficient delivery while working within these constraints.

Through detailed planning and coordination, Allcraft Projects successfully delivered the project to a high standard, transforming the tenancy into a fully functional and modern commercial space.
