ATM self service area upgrades across multiple locations
Allcraft Projects delivered a multi site upgrade programme for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, focused on refurbishing and enhancing ATM self service areas across a number of locations.
The works involved upgrading the finishes surrounding ATM installations, including new wall panelling, feature elements and façade treatments to improve both presentation and durability. Upgrades included:
Installation of new timber wall panelling and feature finishes
Replacement and upgrade of surrounding façade materials, including tiled and solid surface elements where required
Integration of upgraded finishes around existing ATM infrastructure
Each location presented unique site conditions, requiring tailored solutions while maintaining a consistent finish across all sites.
Live Environment & Staged Delivery
All works were completed within active customer environments, requiring careful staging and coordination to maintain continuous service.
Works were undertaken after hours, ensuring:
Ongoing customer access to ATM services
No disruption to daily operations
Safe and controlled working conditions
At each site, at least one ATM remained fully operational throughout the upgrade process, requiring careful sequencing of all works.
Project Outcome
The completed upgrades delivered a consistent, modernised finish across all locations, enhancing both the appearance and durability of the self service areas while maintaining full operational continuity throughout the programme.
This programme demonstrates Allcraft Project’s ability to deliver consistent upgrades across multiple sites while maintaining continuous service within high traffic customer environments.
